Greenhouse Roof

A greenhouse was in need of new roof panels due to age and hail damage. Ten new Lexan panels were installed. The detailed process included careful removal of old panels and sealing battens, cutting a groove (to hold a bead of caulk) in the trim board that the Lexan panels front edge seals against, cutting the new panels to length and preparing the ends of the panels with special tapes to protect against infiltration of moisture and debris, and installation of new panels with sealing battens and sealant in all the right places. The new roof looks better and lets in much more light!
